COUNTRY SINGER BILLY CURRINGTON?

Billy Currington is a great singer, and yes he has a southern accent. To find Savannah, GA, go to google maps, type in the city and state and check it out. I never heard of Billy smoking. I do believe he showers, his hair just looks like that, it has nothing to do with not bathing/showering. I don't know where you heard this but I never heard that before.
