Friend problems..please help me with this sh*t!?!?!?

i had a friend.... and on our recess time.. she always wanted me to give my food to her.. and i cannot say no because i know i will just hurt her feelings.. its just because she dont like fried chicken and her food is always fried chicken and it never changes.. and nowadays.. i think she's just using me..and then, she always borrow my things.. and when we argue.. she always shoot me backwards.. i cant stand this **** anymore!! its soo..!! but i just cannot say it because i will just hurt her feelings.. can someone help me with this sh*t? huhuhu!!
