So you're not really cooking a turkey, but rewarming a pre-cooked one, right? Not sure what the different broil and bake options are all about - you might want to try consulting your owner's manual - but I would go wtih convection roast at 325F for about an hour. Or, since they're both already cooked, you could carve them up and put the pieces on a platter, covered with foil, and it'll take maybe 15 minutes.
