Why Do I Always Cry At Stupid Things?

Just like 1 minute ago I was applying a Mirror Screen Protector to my iPod Touch and I completely messed up went to tell my Dad and he couldn't help so I started to break down and cry it was like I got angry at myself and my emotions overtook me why is this? Please help and reply.
