Why won't this guy go on a diet?

White Queen-what on earth are you rattling on about? "He doesn't want to", yet he wants the NHS to bale him out by giving him a stomach byp, why should they? If he met them half way and lost a few stone then maybe they'd be more inclined to help him. You cant stuff your face til you explode, then expect NHS intervention.
