Are people still mad at Byrd for being the only Senator to oppose Bush's expansion of the "Iraqi No-Fly Zones"?

Byrd was a funny fellow. There is no No-Fly Zone in Afghanistan, and Obama has turned that into an endless Vietnam in spite of it.
