CAnt install Kaspersky Internet Security 2009?

I bought a Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, I used to have Norton Syn. and i did remove the Norton before i install the Kaspersky. I did complete install and activated the code, but its no working at all. After all, i uninstall and tru to reinstall, and then lookk like the install process was interrupted and some kind of erro message and suggest to restart , but its still uninstallable, please help me,,please
