Chances of getting accepted into University of Texas at Austin?

I am a junior in high school and my dream college is UT. I know I'm not the brightest kid out there, but I think I'm different than most applicants. During my 6-10 grades I attended a charter school, I took AP and honor courses. I currently attend a program in which I go to a community college and take regular college courses yet at the same time earn my high school credits. This program lets me graduate with my high school diploma and my ociate's degree. I'm about to take the SAT in June and I've taken the PSAT 3 times. My highest scores were. CR: 45 ( terribly but I'm working hard to improve) Math: 58 and WS: 52. My current GPA is 3.3 ( also looking to increase) and my rank is 75/207 ( not good at all, but hopefully it will be raised to about the 20s or 30s when I plan to apply next school year). Basically I just want to know what my chances are of being accepted. I want to major in psychology, I live in Dallas. And I also plan to apply for MANY scholarships. By the end of this semester alone I plan on receiving about 28 credit hours. I also plan to have over 100 hours of community serive hours as well by the time I apply. So if you could please help me out and let me know my chances and how some of the things I do can set me apart, that would be great thanks. Any other questions and I;ll try to include it in extra information. Thank you.
