Help with fantasy line up for week 10...?

I can't decide at all. My line up is fairly strong across the board but with no consistency. Kyle Orton and Carson Palmer are my QB's and with so many options Orton seems good but Palmer should have a shoot out with the Colts, which one? Jacob Tamme is being targeted by Peyton constantly but Mercedes Lewis is an elite TE in every way so go with the veteran play maker or put my hopes on the up-and-comer? Donald Brown should start with Hart and Addai out but Peyton loves to air it out so him or Tomlinson with a tough match up? Lastly, my receivers are Bowe, Megatron, Hines, and Brandon Marshall. I'm thinking Bowe, CJ, and Marshall because Ward just hasn't been making plays. Thoughts? Overall there is just a lot of speculation and I could use another opinion...Thanks!
