Should I trade Gary Sheffield for Aramis Ramirez and Mark Teixera?

I'm liking that trade. Chipper is not a great option at 3rd not to mention he gets injured a ton. Aramis is just coming back (homered today) and is generally a strong 2nd half guy. Also when Tex comes back he should be able to help you. Getting Francouer would also be great as neither Germano, Gallardo or Snell are anywhere near as good as him. I'd probably trade Germano as he's got the least upside of any of the 3. However, with a surplus of 1B/OF I'd look to deal another one after the deal, at least when Tex comes back.
