Windows Vista Premium and spyware?

I'am running Windows vista premium and sometimes I get 50 or more spyware hits at once. I'am running adaware 2007 can I run more than one spyware program at a time such as spyware blaster, somebody told me that more than one spyware program would conflict with each other.
