Youtube kink, wont let me sign in :0?

Hers the situation fellas, tryed making a new account because old ones are bit crappy... anywho tryed and it said my google account is already hooked up with one of my old youtube accounts, so i went on to the one it said it had a problem with, deleted it. anywho then i go back and try again but it still sys it -.- so i decided **** it and go back to my old main one, and when i press sign in or anything to do with that it just says 'Your account has been permanently disabled.' any ideas on why youtube is being a tard? thanks :)
