I have a constant leak from around the edges of one of the pipes going into my boiler.?

I have turned off my mains tap. (no water from any taps in the house) have drained the combi heater, and emptied all the water from the two tanks in my attic. BUT still have this constant drip of water. Any help would be appreciated as it seems 24 hour plumbers are non-existant.
