Thawing milk in hot water?

i just realised that the nannies at my 5 month old infant care may have thawed the frozen milk using hot water. other than ruining the nutrients, will it have affected baby's health in any way? i'm thinking of providing them with a milk warmer where the temperature can be controlled.
