What should I do?

theres this woman that I was living with and dating we were together for about 6 years we even adopted a little girl together but then about 4 months ago she dumped me for some other woman and left me now shes come back to me the other day and said she wants to be "friends with benifits" i know shes just using me but i really loved her and still do plus the fact that if shes in my life that means she will be in our daughters life again our daughter she doesnt even understand why her other mommy left anyway but do you think this is stupid of me to even think of taking my ex up on her proposition
